How many tea bags are in a box?
Every HerbaBrew box holds thirty sealed bags. At one cup a day that is a full month.
Is there caffeine in the tea?
No. All four blends are caffeine free, so you can drink them late in the evening.
How long does delivery take?
Gauteng orders usually arrive the next working day. Other provinces take two to four working days. You get a waybill number by email once the parcel leaves us.
What does delivery cost?
A flat R95.00 anywhere in South Africa, and free once your order goes over R600.00.
Can I collect instead?
Yes. Choose collection at checkout and we will message you when the order is packed and ready in Wynberg.
How do I pay?
Card or instant EFT through PayFast, or a normal bank transfer using your order number as the reference. Upload the proof of payment on the thank you page.
Can children drink the adult blends?
Stick to the children's blend for anyone under twelve. It is milder and it has no buchu in it.
Do you deliver outside South Africa?
Not through the website yet. Send us a message and we will quote a courier rate.
