Change of mind
You may return an unopened, sealed box within seven days of delivery for a full refund of the product value. Return shipping is for your account.
Damaged or incorrect items
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will collect the parcel and replace it at our cost.
Opened food products
For health reasons we cannot accept an opened box back unless there is a fault with the product.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within five to ten working days of us receiving the return.
How to start a return
Email us your order number and the reason. We will send you the return address and, where relevant, arrange a collection.
