What we collect
We collect the name, email address, phone number and delivery address you give us at checkout or in a form, plus basic analytics about how the site is used.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, send order updates and invoices, answer your questions and, only if you opted in, send marketing emails.
Who we share it with
Only the couriers who deliver your parcel and the payment processor that handles your card payment. We never sell your information.
Card details
Card data is entered on the PayFast payment page and never touches our servers.
Your rights under POPIA
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email us and we will act within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart and login session working and to measure traffic. You can block them in your browser, though the cart will stop working.
