We buy in small quantities on purpose. A batch of buchu that sits in storage for a year loses most of what makes it worth drinking, so we work through stock in weeks rather than months.
Sorting
Herbs arrive whole. The team spreads them out, pulls anything discoloured and weighs each blend by hand against the recipe card.
Filling and sealing
Bags are filled, heat sealed and counted into thirties. Every carton is checked before the lid closes.
Packing for the courier
Orders go out in a padded box with the invoice inside. Most Gauteng deliveries land the next working day.
